The Lodge

"A fly-in experience for only 8 guests per week"

The lodge is located on Laslui Lake at the headwaters of the famous Stikine River in a spectacular wilderness setting. It is within easy flying distance to the finest waters in Spatsizi and the surrounding region.  The guests' log cabins are equipped with cozy log beds, wood stoves, private showers and shared flush toilets.  The chef provides exquisite cuisine, freshly baked breads, and homemade desserts.  Meals are served in the main building that has a sitting area, fly tying area and large pine dining table. "Quiet"  electricity is available 24 hours a day supplied by a solar/inverter power system.  Nightly activities include unguided fishing (excellent right in front of the lodge), campfire, horseshoes, cards, walks, or fly tying. “The fishing was beyond anything I have ever experienced, you make one feel valued and yet you make each daily outing fun and adventurous…” - Dick Matilla, WA

Cuisine

At Spatsizi Lodge we are as much about our food as we are about the adventures we offer. Being able to nourish our guests with fresh, local, coastal, homemade fare and spoil them with the best in BC Wine, is truly as much a treat for us as it is for our guests.

Breakfast is served family style.
Freshly baked morning pastries are laid out for you to enjoy with your locally roasted Mercedes Beans freshly brewed coffee, or specialty tea.
This is followed by our hearty breakfasts complete with homemade granola, and fresh fruits daily.  Fresh imaginative lunches are served picnic style along the stream.

When you arrive home at the end of the day enjoy cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres. A beautiful and fresh three course meal is then served in the evening.   All food is prepared and served with care and heart and made fresh that day.
