Laslui Lodge and the Spatsizi Wilderness supports the worlds finest trout fishing but did you know it has some great bird hunting?  For many, fly fishing and bird hunting go hand in hand and we agree. What better way to enjoy both of your obsessions than going for the cast and blast trip with us.   The end of summer marks the beginning of fall fishing and the beginning of some great upland bird hunting for Rock and Willow Ptarmigan on the Spatsizi Plateau.  These birds have hardly been hunted in 30 years and we put up birds everyday.   
 
 The trout start to congregate behind shelves and in pools and become very active in their fall colors.  We suggest spending the first few days flying out of the lodge and experiencing some great rainbow trout fishing on remote rivers.  Our local chef provides delectable cuisine each night as you return back to the lodge.  Then, spend a few days hunting birds with our Springer Spaniel, Black Labrador or Large Munsterlander.  Bird dogs, hunting and fishing guides are on hand each day.
